With a mission to employ 500 employees by the end of 2025, we are currently looking for a Business Development Executive with sales experience in Training/ L&D to support us in our expansion goals.
Position: Business Development Executive. (English/Arabic/French)
Location: UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, India & Paris
Responsibilities:
- Lead generation by contacting existing and new clients across government, semi-government and private sectors.
- Present and promote the company’s Training programs and services.
- Achieve revenue targets through sales and business development activities.
- Develop and present presentations/proposals to generate new business opportunities.
- Retain existing customers and develop new customers through professional customer service.
- Coordinate with Operations and other teams to ensure all training programs deliver highest standards of services.
- Conduct market research, analyze market trends, monitor competition, and follow current developments.
- Update CRM and manage leads.
- Manage customer database.
- Meet committed deadlines and devise sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Diploma in any discipline.
- 2-3 years experience in Sales related to Training / Learning &Development field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines.
- Passionate about selling and finding ways to satisfy customer needs.
- Willingness to learn and go the extra mile are a must.
